EACH Casabella piece IS handcrafted, made to order, or created using natural gemstones. As a result, slight variations in color, tone, texture, inclusions, dimensions, or finish may occur and are part of the individual character of each piece. Product availability is subject to change. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability or quantity of any product at any time. We make every effort to represent our jewelry as accurately as possible. However, colors and proportions may appear slightly different depending on photography, lighting, screen settings, and the natural characteristics of the materials.
4. PRICING & PAYMENT
Prices are displayed in uSD AND are subject to change without prior notice. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, duties, or other fees may be calculated or added at checkout when required. Payments are securely processed through authorized third-party payment providers. Casabella is not responsible for delays, currency conversion charges, bank fees, declined transactions, or processing issues originating from your financial institution or third-party payment provider.
5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Casabella offers domestic and international shipping to selected destinations. In-stock pieces are generally prepared for shipment within 2–3 business days after the order is confirmed. Made-to-order pieces are individually crafted upon request and generally require approximately 7–8 weeks before they are ready to ship. Shipping and delivery estimates are provided as a reference and are not guaranteed. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR DELAYS CAUSED BY SHIPPING CARRIERS OR CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND OUR CONTROL AS CUSTOMS PROCEDURES, CARRIER OPERATIONS OR WEATHER-RELATED DISRUPTIONS. ANY CUSTOM DUTIES, IMPORT TAXES, OR FEES ARE THE BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY.
6. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Due to the nature of our jewelry, all sales are final and items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. If your piece arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include your order information and photographs clearly showing the issue. We will review the matter and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.
